Your Google email ID and the disposable email addresses you create are stored on our servers. Your information, including your Google email ID and created disposable email addresses, is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, and until you choose to delete your account or specific disposable email addresses.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your Google email ID and your created disposable email addresses from our active databases, subject to any legal or operational retention needs.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Ghostmail mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Ghostmail allows users to create multiple disposable, permanent email addresses to help protect their primary email accounts from spam. The App allows receiving emails to these disposable addresses. Sending emails is not a feature of this App.
Disposable email addresses are valid as long as you do not delete them or your account.
To use Ghostmail, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the service.
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of the App developer ("Owner"). The App is protected by copyright and other laws.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account. Instructions for account deletion can be found at delete account page.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App, or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Ghostmail or its Owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Delhi, India.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
